Nested on the gently rolling hills of Noto, in the midst of the enchanting south-oriental Sicilian countryside, between the baroque city and the sea, Country House Villadorata, our charming summer residence sits on an organic farm extending over 11 hectares planted with hundred-year-old olive trees, almond trees,citrus and vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic methods. Long, peaceful silences, interrupted only by the delicate sounds of nature; exquisite Sicilian panoramas of a thousand colors; and the timeless feeling of life as it was lived in another age. Nine rooms, common areas, picturesque paths, and a fine restaurant with a garden on a veranda overlooking a large swimming pool and facing a horizon that ends in the sea.

About 170 meters from the Palmento, is a one-room suite (37 square meters), ideal for lovers of absolute privacy. It has its own private swimming pool of 12 x 3 meters (once used for irrigation purposes), now entirely faced in natural stones.
All our rooms are quiet, tasteful, and minimal, with careful attention to finishing and details. All are appointed with designer furnishings; walnut, elm, or European oak furniture; natural fabrics; and wonderful vintage lamps.

In the main courtyard, began as a nineteenth-century olive mill.
Now beautifully transformed, it offers three deluxe terrace rooms (about 36 meters square), each with its own veranda, looking out over a jasmine-filled terrace and a wonderful, large (150-meter square) swimming pool faced with crystalline-coloured natural stones, embellishing the garden in all seasons and one superior plus room accessible from a rear shared balcony (42 meters square) composed with two separate rooms and a bathroom.

Deluxe Studio

The Bouganville Residence (95 meters from the main courtyard,) is reached by a walkway that leads through a grove of beautiful olive, almond and fruit trees.
Originally a small building for agricultural workers, it offers deluxe rooms (30 meters square) each with its own veranda on the ground floor, and one deluxe room (about 25 meters square) on the first floor with a small terrace, all facing onto an organic garden and affording stunning views of the surrounding hills graced with Mediterranean vegetation.

The eco-lodge is a structure of 40s.m. with a titanium zinc roof, high ceiling and wooden beams in a priviledge panoramic position. It is designed in eco-sustainable materials and furnished with an exclusive design: olivce wood, maple and ash, natural fabrics and vintage lamps for contemnporary use. Each room enjoy a large terrace with a solarium and a relaxation pool to cool off in total privacy.

The Restaurant

Viviana Varese chooses Sicily for her new project (restaurant). She travels South to the heart of the Mediterranean where the sun and nature are the main characters.
She returns to her origins to connect again with her roots, more and more VIVA.
